While it’s perfectly normal for a millennial to have a collection of shoes or bags, having a roundup of antique homes is a bit less common.
My name is Dana Bull, I’m a full-time real estate professional with a sweet spot for old homes. Born and raised in Massachusetts, I caught the real estate bug at a young age and began investing right out of college. My passion for the industry grew as I learned and built up my investment portfolio – purchasing all types of properties in the Boston area.
After leaving my corporate career in tech marketing to pursue real estate, I carved out a niche working with young buyers, providing coaching, mentorship and buyer agent representation.
Drawing from years of hands-on experience with buying and selling, home renovations, and property management, I give clients an edge throughout the home purchase.
- I hold a Massachusetts real estate license and am a member of the National Association of REALTORS®. As a sales agent, I have a five star rating on Zillow and am proudly affiliated with Harborside Sotheby’s International Realty. Our international network of 16,000 sales associates in 800 offices extends to 60 countries and territories throughout the world.
- Additionally, I am employed by the Zillow Group and run a column at RealEstate.com. In my articles, I share tips to help first-timers make smart purchase decisions and understand the ins-and-outs of buying real estate.
- In 2017, I launched a coaching business to serve new buyers and entry-level investors nationwide. By focusing on education, I help to best position aspiring homeowners in their real estate endeavors.
- In my free time, you can find me reading, writing or working on home improvement projects. I love going out to eat, hiking, attempting to do yoga, and binge watching Netflix with my husband, Andrew, and dog, Roo.
My work has been featured in countless news outlets, podcasts, and magazines. You can contact me to learn more about my services via email@example.com.
