Buyers Enjoy Condo Living in the Ultimate Beverly Location

By August 26, 2019 Buyer

After spending five years in a single-family home in Saint Petersburg, Florida, my good friends Julia and Shelby were ready to move back home to Massachusetts. The two were no strangers to building sweat equity having recently made out well in the sale of their charming fixer upper down South. But this time around, they wanted to skip the home improvement projects and move right into something turn-key.

Julia and Shelby wanted to be excited about coming home. Ideally, their dream condo would have recently undergone a renovation and offer some wow factor.

There were some other requirements, as well. With Julia commuting into the city and Shelby working from home, being in close proximity to the train and having space for an office were both high priorities. Finding a pet friendly association was also a must for their dog and cat. Although not must have items, the couple also wanted parking, outdoor space and to be within walking distance of ammenities.

While the search only spanned a few months, waiting for the right place can sometimes feel like an eternity. After a couple false alarms, the perfect condo hit the market. 33 Stone Street, Unit 2, in Beverly not only matched everything on their wish list, it also offered the perfect North Shore lifestyle.

The property itself had been completely rehabbed by an experienced developer and no expense had been spared on quality. As a brand new condo conversion, the unit featured gleaming hardwood floors, a stunning kitchen and modern finishes throughout.

Located in a desirable Beverly neighborhood, Julia and Shelby’s new home is just a short stroll to the beach, public transportation and countless restaurants and shops. Now that they are all moved in, they have been able to soak it all in. I couldn’t be happier to have my long-time friends turned clients living on the North Shore.
