A stunning example of Gothic Revival Architecture, the building is simply one of a kind. High ceilings, paneled walls, gorgeous hardwood floors, diamond-paned windows, coffered ceilings, two fireplaces, and beautiful moldings are some of the original detail throughout.
As a historic home enthusiast, it was an honor to list the first floor unit in this iconic Salem property alongside my colleague, Heather Murray.

By disclosing certain information and educating buyers on how to handle these situations, you can minimize the risk of buyers getting cold feet.
- Collaborate on pricing strategy to achieve your goals. Historic homes and antiques can be challenging to price because of their unique features. In many markets, like Salem, I have a Rolodex in my mind of recent inventory. This makes it easy for me to compare and contrast your home to others and carve out its value proposition.
